Estate agents in Bristol say market picking up

Estate agents in Bristol have told one local news provider that the
property market in the area is improving.
Talking to the Keynsham People, Michael Robinson, chief executive
of Andrews estate agents, commented that "the property crash is
over in Bristol".
"My informed prediction is that house prices will continue to rise
between seven to ten per cent during 2010," he stated.
The news provider stated that the average price of a three-bedroom
house in Keynsham is £234,000, according to
findaproperty.com's house price analysis tool.
In the February edition of its monthly survey of the national
housing market, the website revealed that property prices have
increased by 0.8 per cent since the beginning of 2010.
According to the organisation, a shortage of housing stock is
likely to affect the sector over the coming months, despite a 3.6
per cent increase in the number of properties on the market in
February, compared with December.
