People told to build a strong case when buying houses for sale

Homebuyers have been told the importance of building a strong case
when trying to secure an offer on houses for sale in the UK.
According to an article on MSN Money, when making a bid on a
property which is lower than the asking price, homebuyers should
not underestimate what they can bring to the table.
It stated that people should prove they are a "credible bidder" by
supplying the estate
agent with information such as their banking references.
Private Finance's Melanie Bien told the news provider that
homebuyers should have already secured a mortgage deal before
making an offer, as "this will ensure you know how much you can
borrow so you don't waste anyone's time".
Potential homeowners could be tempted to take out a mortgage with
Yorkshire Building Society before entering negotiations, as the
financial services provider released a new range of products last
week which are tailored to the needs of the client.
