Prue Hull is a qualified member of ARLA and has worked for us for some 11 years after gaining experience in lettings in North Essex & Cambridge. She joined the team then as our full time Lettings Manager, although now she has semi-retired and works part time within the department. She aims to provide a dedicated personal customer service to all our Landlords and Tenants.
Lettings Manager / Valuer
Lettings Manager, Matt, oversees this busy and thriving department and gains his vast experience in lettings from several years of managing properties in Canary Wharf, London and more recently in Bury St Edmunds. Matt met his wife, Kerrie, whilst working in London and after deciding on a career break they travelled around Europe for six months. Family life has brought the Hunts back to Norfolk to bring up their young family and where better than Diss where Matt spent his childhood.
Lettings Administration Manager
Stephanie Williams is the longest standing member of our Lettings Department having been with Whittley Parish for nearly 15 years. Her role as Lettings Administration Manager makes her responsible for drawing up all the legal documents and important relevant paperwork required for the smooth running of the department.
Property Lettings Negotiator
Having left college last year after studying Art, Design and Photography Ellie joined Whittley Parish on an apprenticeship scheme covering residential property letting and management and has now completed her NVQ Level 2 qualification after 12 months of work based learning and study. Alongside her studies she has proven to be a vital member of the department efficiently handling the large volumes of enquiries coming through on a daily basis to include property maintenance and marketing. Outside the office Ellie loves spending time with the family’s four fox red Labradors and she is also a keen traveller both around the UK and abroad.
Suzi is the Accounts Administrator for Whittley Parish Lettings and commenced working for the company in 2014. Coming from a previous banking background and also working in the software industry Suzi’s skills transferred perfectly to fit with her role in accounts which involves processing rents and paying Landlords, banking reconciliations and chasing rent arrears.
Property Management Consultant
Mike oversees all aspects of property maintenance within our busy Lettings department and co-ordinates works required between contractors, landlords and tenants as well attending all property inspections as part of our management service. Outside of the office Mike is a season ticket holder at Carrow Road and also a keen golfer. Married for 45 years Mike enjoys time with his family and long walks with Freddie his English Setter.
Karlene joined the busy Lettings department at Whittley Parish at the end of 2017 and has quickly settled into her role as accounts administrator which involves processing rents, paying Landlords, banking reconciliations and chasing rent arrears. Having moved to Norfolk from Kent just a few months ago, Karlene and her husband are acclimatising to a more sedate and rural way of life enjoying long countryside walks and exploring interesting cycle routes!
