Smiths Close comprises of a dozen or so similar attractive properties all aesthetically pleasing and each having an individual feel. The property was built in the early 1990's by respected Messrs Wimpey Homes and is of traditional construction with part rendered elevations and under a pitched interlocking tiled roof, with the installation of replacement sealed unit upvc double glazed windows and doors.
