House Prices Increase in Diss and Long Stratton are Above the National Average

Published: 18/08/2021

According to Zoopla's latest House Price Index, average house prices rose by a further 1.3% in the second quarter of the year

This took the average annual rate of growth for house prices across the country up to 5.4% and the average value of a home in the UK up to £230,700.*

This house price growth can be attributed to the low supply of homes coming onto the market, which dropped by 25% in the first half of this year compared to the same time last year.*

Diss has witnessed above average house price growth of 11.8%, taking the average price of a property to £336,300.*

And in Long Stratton, the current average price for a property is also above the national average at £252,9744, with prices having increased by 6.9% in the last year.*
