Fully Managed Service
This is our complete package, and we’ll start by finding you a suitable tenant who will go through a series of financial and reference checks, including the necessary Right to Rent check. We’ll prepare the tenancy agreement, arrange the deposit protection paperwork and offer a full inventory at the property.
During the tenancy, as well as collecting the rent on your behalf we will, if required, pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions, should the worst case happen. Every quarter we undertake regular management visits of the properties we manage, providing landlords with a detailed property status report.
We look after day-to-day maintenance issues and if a bigger repair is required, we’ll quickly arrange quotes from approved contractors and coordinate on your behalf, keeping you fully updated at every stage. We offer periodic property inspections to make sure your property is being well looked after and to flag any maintenance issues, so they can be addressed at an early stage.
At the end of the tenancy, we carry out an inspection of the property and make arrangements on the deposit return. Regarding rent guarantee and legal cover, we can put you in touch with trusted associates who will be able to give advice on these matters.

Rent Collection Service
This is a great option if you’re a landlord living locally and happy to take charge of maintenance and inspections. We’ll find you a suitable tenant, run thorough checks and obtain current landlord references. We’ll prepare the tenancy agreement, arrange all of the deposit protection paperwork and offer a full inventory at the property. Our ongoing service, as well as collecting the rent, provides you with fully documented monthly statements.
Let Only Service
If you’re an experienced landlord that understands all of the laws and regulations associated to letting a property, then the Let Only option is ideal for you. We’ll market your property, find the right occupier, undertake all of the references paperwork and prepare the tenancy agreement. We can hold the deposit if you are not registered with a government approved scheme and if you would like periodic inspections of the property to be carried out by us, we can arrange this too.
